Window Snap

If you use API’s but don’t have VS, that it can be a pain in the bottom to get window classes and the like. The nice thing about Window Snap is that it lets you get screen capture of the window too! which is an improvement on Spy++!

Advancedinstaller (free version)

Not as powerful as Inno set up (in free mode), but very easy to use and nice on the eye. Will happily set up file structure for you applications, build exe’s and so forth.

XP power Tools.

ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

adds a menu option in windows XP which allows you to resize selected images, cool!
