It’s across the pond for me, plus half a continent, so out of the question. The conferences sound interesting. I remember 35 years ago going to a couple of MAA conferences (Mathematical Association of America). It was great to meet some of the top names in cutting edge math (I have since lost their names to my fading memory).

I’m unlikly to go (funding), but i think the second day esp would be awsome, There is one in the US too,

I’m almost tempted to say that the UK agender looks slightly better, well for me anyway!, but i wont!
I’m sure they’ll both be successful events, the quality of the speakers is extremly high for both locations ;-)
